We’re so excited you’re shopping with us! At The Happiest Market, we aim to make every order feel magical from start to finish. Below you’ll find all the details about how shipping works, including your options at checkout.

Shipping & Pick-Up Options

At checkout, you’ll have two delivery options:

  1. Pick-Up at Our Next Market (Free)
    If you're planning to attend our next event, you can choose free local pick-up at checkout. Just stop by our Happiest Market booth to pick up your order—no shipping costs, and no waiting on the mail!

  2. Ship to Your Door (Paid Shipping)
    Prefer to have your order delivered right to your home? Choose our standard shipping option. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All packages are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

If You Miss Pick-Up

If you selected the free pick-up option but do not attend the market to collect your order, no worries! However, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs before we can send your items. We’ll reach out via email with a shipping invoice and once that’s paid, we’ll ship your order right to you.

Processing Times

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping. During high-volume times or market weekends, there may be slight delays, but we always do our best to ship your order quickly!

Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location but typically takes between 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we package all items with care, once your order is with the carrier, it’s out of our hands. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. That said, we’re always happy to help however we can—feel free to email us at thehappiestmarket@gmail.com with any concerns.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can make it right.
